Beautiful efficiency apartment with large living room, kitchen and bath, huge closets/storage, all appliances and fully furnished.
Rate: $625-$700 per month
Large Single or Shared Room
Spacious living area with generous closets, private bath includes full tub, luxury shower and vanity. This is a fully furnished room for one or two occupants. No private kitchen.
Rate: $595 single or $300 shared per month
Suites
Private, fully furnished, secure bedroom shared within a two room suite. Share entryway and bath with luxury shower.
Rate: $350-$495 per month
Rates are
based on room sizes, single or double occupancy and include all
utilities.
All rooms
are carpeted and furnished with a bed, dresser, desk with chair,
desk lamp, nightstand, table lamp, phone, window treatments, full mirror. Pillows and bed spreads
are furnished. Rooms are cable ready, high speed internet access is
available.
