Efficiency
A living
area of 11 x 18 with a 10 x 12 kitchen, private bath (tub with
shower), lots of closet and storage space. Kitchen includes table,
chairs and appliances.
Rate: $585 per month
Large Single or Shared Room
Living
area is 19 X 17 with lots of closet and storage space. Room can be
rented as a single or double. Private bathroom has tub and shower. No
private kitchen.
Rate: $560 per month
Suites
Two
bedrooms of various sizes with a shared bathroom (tub with shower),
closets and storage space. No private kitchen.
Rate: $240-$380 per month
Rates are
based on room sizes, single or double occupancy and include all
utilities.
All rooms
are carpeted and furnished with a bed, dresser, desk with chair,
casual chair, desk lamp, nightstand, table lamp, phone, blinds on
windows, mirror, waste basket. Pillows, pillow covers and bed pads
are furnished. Rooms are cable ready, high speed internet access is
available.
